GOLF HAWAII TEE TIMES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How do I make a booking on your site?
Select which course you would like to play and select a requested tee time.
The tee times on our site are NOT IN REAL TIME.
All tee times are on a request basis and are not confirmed until you receive your Eticket pdf.
The Eticket pdf will be sent in a separate email only when your tee time is actually confirmed and booked.
If we can not book your requested tee time, we will contact you via email and call you with alternative golf tee times.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed by Golf Hawaii Tee Times, a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations for any golf course booked. All Golf Hawaii Tee Times cancellations made within 48 hours are NON REFUNDABLE. Exceptions - NO-SHOWS are NON-REFUNDABLE. Groups (12 or more) are NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days.
Changing Teetimes
Our team members are on hand during regular office hours Monday - Sunday (8am-5pm Hawaiian Standard Time) to assist you.
Forms of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover, JCB,American Express and Bit Coin. All payments are made to Golf Hawaii Tee Times.
Rain Refund Policy
In case of bad weather, call us to see if the golf course is open for play. If the golf course is closed on your scheduled day of play we can reschedule or fully refund your money. As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to play. It is your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. In most cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.
Golf Attire
In general, resort wear is expected. Spike-less golf shoes are strongly recommended and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts are acceptable; however, courses with strict dress codes expect shorts to be at least 16" in length. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers. For women, we recommend golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts, or golf skirts.
Single Players
Most golf courses will not allow single players. In general all single players will be paired up with other to make a 3 or 4 some.
